So nearly after trip to D.C in flu season I manage to get sick. This time when going their to see sophia, I managed to get the worst sinus infection. Coming back Sunday I felt slightly sick. By monday and tuesday I was running a fever, had problem breathing , and had got a full on sinus infection. Went to the doc and found I has Asthama , allergies which had brought about a minor sinus infection to a raging infection.
Note to self don’t go to DC when family members are sick down there.

So I wish I could find something funny about 29 weeks, but it doesn’t match any lunar, solar, celestial, biological cycle I know of. But hell all I know is after 29 weeks of training, I have to do an IM . So I planned this out way back in sept, tweaked it in nov/dec, jan and finally I am settling on this plan in march. Being the obsessive compulsive I am I might need to tweak it again.
But Lets just say that between now and jul 26th everyday counts

Attack of the plant pots
So I was just told a dirty little secret. It seems that Rhian gets attacked by plant pots, and I mean they really jump out at her. They run after her.
The most recent one was on her 30 b-day , and while at a friends house the plant pot jumped out at her from behind the bushes as she was making her way towards the sink.
